 Conveyor Belt description

Ladder wire mesh conveyor belt is also known as Z-surface metal mesh belt, rod mesh belt, ladder belt, 45° 90° 180° mesh belt, flat flexible conveyor belt, Enrober conveyor belt.
This mesh belt has a large opening area (opening 67.5-86%) and good air permeability, which improves the efficiency of cooling, heating, drainage and drying performance. It is flexible and stable, suitable for various conveying equipment, ensuring smooth material transmission, and is an ideal metal conveyor belt for light conveying. The wire mesh conveyor belt usually has a single-layer structure, is lighter, and is driven by a sprocket. The pitch, total width, wire diameter, side width, material and length of the mesh belt can be customized according to customer needs.
In addition to the straight mesh belt, we also provide curved mesh belt, which is suitable for conveying process at corners. Its unique tapered pitch, minimum inner turning radius and tightest horizontal transmission make it the first choice for many corner processes.
